The marketplace is provided as a convenience to help insureds identify cameras that meet QEO’s qualification standard. All purchases are made directly with the vendor of your choice, and that vendor is solely responsible for pricing, ordering, shipping, installation, warranty, technical support, and product performance. Any QEO-negotiated pricing is offered by the vendor and may change without notice. QEO receives no payment from insureds for access to the marketplace and receives no compensation from any vendor in connection with purchases made through this marketplace. Listing of a vendor does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of that vendor’s products or services.

QEO may receive compensation in connection with the placement of insurance as permitted by applicable law. Questions about your coverage should be directed to your retail agent or producer.

Qualifying dashcams transmit event-based video clips, GPS location, speed, and related event data through the vendor’s platform and TruckerCloud to QEO. This data may be used for underwriting, loss control, safety programs, and claims handling. QEO receives no compensation from any dashcam vendor, telematics provider, or other third party in connection with the collection, transmission, or use of this data, and QEO does not sell insureds’ telematics data. QEO does not receive continuous in-cab audio, always-on live streams, personal phone data, or off-duty location data. Participation in data sharing through TruckerCloud is a condition of coverage where the dashcam requirement applies. Data is handled in accordance with QEO’s privacy policy and the vendor’s terms of service.

To qualify, a camera must meet all four QEO criteria: forward-facing, cloud-based with automatic upload, telematics-enabled through a fleet management portal, and hardwired or OBD-connected. QEO makes the final determination of whether any camera qualifies, and purchasing through this marketplace does not by itself satisfy the requirement. The camera must be installed, verified as active, and connected to TruckerCloud within 30 days of the policy effective date. Cameras that do not meet all four criteria must be replaced regardless of where they were purchased.

The marketplace does not list every camera or vendor that may satisfy QEO’s qualification standard, and inclusion is not a representation that a listed product is in stock, available in your state, or compatible with your vehicles. Vendors, models, features, and pricing shown are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice. Cameras purchased outside the marketplace may still qualify if they meet all four QEO criteria. Confirmation of any camera not on the eligible vendor list is available through DashCams@QEO.com
